PACE Engineering Joins Hall & Foreman

SANTA ANA, CA-Locally based civil engineering and surveying firm Hall & Foreman Inc. has announced the addition of Chatsworth-based PACE Engineering to the company.

Although financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, projected revenue for the combined firms is expected to exceed $13 million over the next year, according to a company spokesperson. It will also expand Hall & Foreman’s geographic coverage and professional service base throughout Southern California, according to John Hogan, the firm’s president. Hall & Foreman’s workforce will grow to more than 100 employees with the new addition, as PACE has approximately 25 employees.

“This (the addition of PACE) will add valuable depth and breadth to our ability to serve our clients’ needs, particularly in the areas of civil engineering, municipal engineering, surveying, land planning and entitlements, as well as the service of forensics engineering.”

PACE, which will adopt the Hall & Foreman name, will remain in its present office location in Chatsworth. Its forensic engineering arm will maintain the name of PACE Investigative Services, a division of Hall & Foreman Inc.
