Thirty Leases Signed Totaling 87,000 sf

OAK BROOK, IL – Thirty leases totaling 87,000 sf have been signed at two prominent Oak Brook, IL office buildings, owned by Oakbrook Urban Venture and managed by Urban Retail Properties Co., an affiliate of Urban Shopping Centers Inc. The transactions include one expansion and 10 renewals totaling 35,400 sf and 19 new leases totaling 51,200 sf.

NAI Hiffman is the leasing agent for the 180,000 sf portfolio that includes Oakbrook North, an eight-story, 100,000 sf building at 1200 Harger Road, and Oakbrook East a six-story, 76,000 sf office at 2000 Spring Road, both located in Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, IL.
