LaSalle Bank Forms LaSalle Exchange Corporation

CHICAGO-LaSalle Bank has established LaSalle Exchange Corp., a new subsidiary designed to facilitate tax-deferred exchanges of customers’ real estate or personal property to yield a savings under IRS Section 1031. Suzanne Goldstein Baker, Nancy Scott-Rudnick and Jerome A. Waller, all formerly with Bank One Exchange Corp., have joined the organization.

Suzanne Goldstein Baker, formerly director of Bank One, will head the new group. Nancy Scott-Rudnick joins LaSalle as assistant vice president. Prior to joining LaSalle, she was a manager at Bank One. Jerome A. Waller joins LaSalle as assistant administrator. He was with Bank One for seven years, most recently as an exchange specialist.
