Grubb & Ellis Brokers Retail Site, Two Leases in Recent Deals

DALLAS-Kellen & Chandler LP is the new owner of 14775 Midway in Addison in a recent acquisition from Midway Enterprises LLC. That and two other Grubb & Ellis deals - industrial and office - have been closed in the past week.

DALLAS-Grubb & Ellis Co. has sold one retail site and closed leases, totaling 11,891 sf, of industrial and office space.

Midway Enterprises LLC has sold the 14,822-sf Yvettes Restaurant at 14775 Midway in Addison to Kellen & Chandler LP. Two Grubb & Ellis brokers have handled the transaction.

In a 7,000-sf industrial lease, Tyco Electronics has inked a deal with Jackson Shaw for a portion of the Beltline/114 Business Center in Irving. Grubb & Ellis Co. has acted as the tenant’s representative in the transaction.

The Jones Law Firm LLP is taking 4,891 sf of office space at Mockingbird Station, 5307 E. Mockingbird, from Mockingbird Station Partners LP. Grubb & Ellis has represented the building owner and Worth Ross & Associates Inc., the tenant.
