PENNSAUKEN, NJ-A 201,000-sf facility occupying a 13-acre site seems ready to move in the ultra-fast New Jersey industrial marketplace where space doesn't hang around for very long. The zoning is light industrial.

PENNSAUKEN, NJ-In yet another transaction in an industrial market that continues to heat up, NAI Mertz Corp., based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, has signed on as the exclusive agent to handle the sale or leasing of a 201,000-sf manufacturing/warehouse property on River Road in Pennsauken. The owner is an unnamed partnership.

Company senior vice president Malcolm Shreibman and broker Leroy Kardon are handling the building, which sits on a 13-acre site. Features include rail access, and fenced-in, on-site guard service for 10 fenced-in acres.

The zoning is light industrial. The building consists of crane-served bays and ceiling heights up to 23 feet. The property includes a repair garage of approximately 6,200 sf.
