CT Broker Signs Deals with Morgan Stanley and Goodrich & Sherwood

WESTPORT, CT-The financial services brokerage firm Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and the executive search firm Goodrich & Sherwood have signed lease deals in Wilton and Norwalk, respectively. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter signed for a 2,429sf ground floor office suite at the Town Green office building in Wilton Center in Wilton.

The property, managed and operated by the Wilder Companies of Boston, MA consists of both office and retail space as well as the Wilton Post Office. The Hastings firm was the sole broker in the lease deal.

John D. Hastings Commercial Real Estate of Westport, which represented both companies in the lease transactions. The firm also dealt for Goodrich & Sherwood in its 2,976 sf lease of office suite space at 535 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk. Mountain Development Corp. acted for the property owner in the lease deal.
