Oregon Trucking Company Acquires Fullerton Industrial Building for Regional Operations

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-USF Reddaway Truck Lines paid $2.8 million for industrial space in Fullerton to house its regional cross-dock operation. Occupancy is scheduled for January 2001.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Portland-based USF Reddaway Truck Lines Inc. has purchased a 32,500-sf industrial building in Fullerton for $2.8 million.

Located at 300 S. State College Blvd., USF Reddaway will use the facility for its Orange County regional cross-dock operation. The company is scheduled to occupy the new facility in January 2001.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office and Burr & Temkin of Seattle represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, 300 S. State College Blvd., is a Fullerton-based California Limited Partnership that was represented by Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office.
