Eight New Tenants Relocate to Complex of Industrial Buildings

DOVER, NJ-When Cadillac Plastics relocated to Cleveland, OH, Weichert Commercial of Morris Plains, NJ, sold the building to locally-based WP Realty, which promptly began renovating the 285,000-sf industrial complex for multi-tenant use. Now, Weichert has turned around and brought a total of eight new tenants into the fold. The five-building complex sits on a total of 14 acres.

Among those moving into the facilities are San Rallo Pasta Co., occupying 18,500 sf; Amscott Structural Products, 13,000 sf; U.S. Transfer, 34,000 sf; Chili Today Hot Tamale, 10,000 sf; Tru-Seal USA, 9,000 sf; Rings and Things, 5,000 sf; Toys ‘R’ Us, 19,100 sf; and a moving company (unnamed until the lease is finalized), 27,600 sf.

Weichert is continuing to market the property, which has spaces of 5,000 to 70,000 sf available.
