Centerprise Real Estate Training Program

The Center for Real Estate Enterprise Management (Centerprise) today announced its fall 2000 management-training program, a series of one, two, and four-day sessions directed at managers of real estate firms, pension funds, financial institutions, corporate real estate, and governmental agencies.

Centerprise executive director John McMahan lauded the non-profit, public service corporation’s new teaching facility in the Presidio, which will allow the use modern technology to enhance the learning process. Sessions targeted at entry (E), middle (M), and senior (S) level managers will be taught on the following dates:

Real Estate Investment Management- Managing the Real Estate Investment Process: (E) Sept. 18-21; Managing the Real Estate Investment Firm: (M/S) Oct. 9-12; Marketing Real Estate Investment Products: (E/M) Oct. 25

Real Estate Development Management-Linking Land Recycling and Green Development: (M/S) Oct.18; Managing the Real Estate Development Process: (E) Dec. 11-14

Corporate Real Estate Management-Portfolio Management of Corporate Real Estate: (M/S) Nov. 27-28/Dec. 18-19; Putting Strategy and Place into Action: (M/S) Jan. 22-24; Strategic Portfolio Planning: (M/S) Jan. 24-26

General Real Estate Management-Managing Real Estate in the New Economy: (M/S) Oct. 16-17/Nov. 9-10; Building Organizational Leadership: (M/S) November 13-14/Dec. 7-8; Management Implications of Real Estate Cycles (M/S) Nov. 16
