Lyman Ave. Building, Orlando; Interliant, 3,057 sf, one year, 33 E. Robinson St. Building; and Medisolution-Interhealth Services Inc., 2,380 sf, 13 months, The Day Building, Downtown Orlando.

Average class A Winter Park asking rents are $28.75 psf; class B, $17.17. In Orlando, average asking rents in the central business district are $23.94 for class A; $19.80 for class B, according to Grubb & Ellis Co.’s second quarter analysis.
