Stamford, Conn.-based technology company PitneyBowes Inc. said that Madison,Wis.-based property and casualty insurance companyAmericanFamily Insurance is using its EngageOne Video softwareas part of the company's client engagement strategy.

Foster City, Calif.-based insurance softwaredeveloper Guidewire Software Inc. saidthat Marietta, Pa.-based property and casualty insuranceprovider Donegal Insurance Group hasimplemented Guidewire BillingCenter as its new billingsoftware.

Guidewire also announced that Hastings, Mich.-basedregional property and casualty insurancecarrier Hastings Mutual InsuranceCo. has selected the Guidewire DataHub forits enterprise-wide data management strategy.

Denver-based proprietary data provider ValenAnalytics announced that it has added a riskscoring model for Commercial Auto insurance aspart of its InsureRight Platform. The company said themodel uses a data consortium with $2.5 billion in premium and $1.7billion in claims and consists of recent and detailed policy,vehicle, and claims data from 2005 through 2015. 

Valen Analytics also announced that Monterey,Calif.-based regional property and casualtyinsurer Capital Insurance Group willuseits Predict and Manage applicationsof its InsureRight Platform.

Chicago-based credit reporting agency TransUnion said it is nowoffering Habitational Risk, a predictive analytics tool thathelps carriers better assess insurance risk based upon theoccupants of commercial residential properties.

Holon, Israel-based insurance softwareprovider Sapiens InternationalCorp. announced the worldwide availability ofSapiens IDIT Software Suite v13.1 to its property and casualty andgeneral insurance customers and business partners. 

Sapiens also said that Bradford, U.K.-based IconicaBusiness Services Ltd., a company that manages andadministers church and commercial insurance business, has selectedits IDIT Insurance Suite for its general lines ofbusiness.
