CCC Information Services Inc. has signed a definitive agreementto acquire Injury Sciences LLC, a provider of scientifically-basedanalytic tools used by insurance carriers to help identifyfraudulent and exaggerated injury claims associated with automobileaccidents. CCC is a provider of advanced software and workflowtools to the insurance automotive claims and collision repairindustries.

Neither company has disclosed the terms of the acquisition.
