Skywire Software, a provider of software and services to theinsurance industry, announced the spin off of its iWave Integratorintegration software into an independent company under the nameiWave Software, LLC. The creation of the new company solidifiesiWave Software as an independent vendor of IT service management(ITSM) integration software, and positions the company for entryinto the run book automation market.
