Maxum Specialty Insurance Group appointed F. Marshall Turner, II, CPCU, as the president and chief executive officer of Maxum Indemnity Co. and Maxum Casualty Insurance Co. Turner will serve as a director of both insurance companies as well as their parent, Northern Homelands Co.. He will be responsible for the management of the Maxum Specialty Insurance Group and report to the board of directors.
|Turner has more than 28 years of insurance industry experience. He has served as President of AXIS Insurance, and he held other executive positions during his five years there. Prior to that, Turner held positions with Aon Corp., Westchester Specialty Group/ACE USA, Zurich American Insurance Group, and the Hartford Insurance Group. Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia in 1979.
