Zurich Financial Services Group said it has named ChristianOrator as its global chief claims officer, effective Aug. 1.
|He will succeed Jane Tutoki, who was appointed chief claimsofficer for Zurich North America commercial, the company said.
|In his new position, Mr. Orator, 44, will be responsible forleading a global claims network and driving continuous improvementin the group's claims capabilities and customer service.
|He will report to John Amore, chief executive officer generalinsurance, and will be located in the company's headquarters inZurich, Switzerland.
|Mr. Orator currently heads special initiatives within the officeof the group chief administrative office. He joined Zurich in1989.
