The Kaufman Financial Group says Denis Brady has been hired asPresident of Burns & Wilcox Brokerage, an independentbusiness unit that will be solely dedicated to wholesale insurancebrokerage.

Brady joins Burns & Wilcox Brokerage from RT Specialty,where he served as President-San Francisco. From 1998-2011, Bradywas the president of American E&S, a subsidiary of Wells FargoGroup.

Brady will be responsible for building upon the company’sexisting brokerage team with enhanced expertise and marketalignment. The team will also deliver a deeper offering of productsand services, creating risk solutions for retail brokers and agentswho manage a range of accounts, from start-ups to Fortuneclients.

Brady will continue to be based in San Francisco, workingalongside the leadership of the Burns & Wilcox San Franciscooffice. He will report directly to Kaufman.
