AssuredPartners Inc., through its Neace Lukens subsidiary, acquiredKentucky-based Buckley & Co. insurance agency. Buckley& Co., which provides commercial insurance for smallbusinesses, personal insurance, and life, health and employeebenefits, will merge with the existing Neace Lukens Lexingtonbranch. More than 10 Buckley & Co. associates will joinNeace Lukens and remain in their current positions. Biff Buckley,current Buckley & Co. president, also will join NeaceLukens

Hartford Steam Boiler launched CyberOne, a cyber riskinsurance coverage for small businesses. CyberOneprovides broad coverage with limits up to $100,000. Itincludes defense and liability coverage for certain lawsuits thatallege third-party damage resulting from a failure by the insuredto adequately secure its own computer system. CyberOne can beincluded as part of a business owners product (BOP) or a CommercialMulti-Peril (CMP) policy.
