Also, getting the users on board with the change to a new systemis extremely important. It is human nature to avoid change. Peoplehave a tendency to be complacent with what they are familiar with.Users also feel anxious when faced with having to be responsiblefor their work product while having to learn a new softwareapplication. Companies need to assure their team that they willhave ample training and ramp up time during the implementation of anew system.
