  • Are there monthly time-frame minimums involved if I use yourservice to locate properties or to provide furnishings?
  • How do you handle billing? Are you able to collect from thepolicyholder if needed?
  • What are the relocation fees? Furnishing fees? Fees forfacilitating a hotel stay?
  • Is there a cost for a fair rental value analysis?
  • How are security and damage deposits handled for theproperty?
  • Are there damage deposits for rental contents items?
  • Are there fees related to the set up and delivery of rentalcontents items?
  • Are there mark-ups on property rental rates or other portionsof the relocation?
  • Are lease agreements furnished?
  • Are you available after business hours, weekends, and onholidays?
  • How do you handle distraught policyholders?
