AXA Financial Inc. hired John A. Graf as its new vice chairman of the board of the corporation and president and chief operating officer of two subsidiaries, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company and MONY Life Insurance Company.
Prior to the hiring, Mr. Graf worked for AIG as Executive Vice President of International Retirement Savings in 2002.
Mr. Graf joined the company in 2001 after AIG acquired American General Corporation, where he was senior vice chairman.
