Lochain Patrick Expansion Snags LSR
NU Online News Service, Jan. 20, 2:20 p.m. EST?The independent Lloyd's broker, Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers Ltd., said today it has reached agreement in principle to acquire the specialist marine insurance and reinsurance advisory and brokerage company, London Special Risks Ltd.[@@]
Full details of the agreement, which in part involves a payment of cash and shares to David Edwards, LSR owner and managing director, were not announced. The acquisition is subject to Lloyd's approval.
