Heath Lambert Chief Leaves

NU Online News Service, Nov. 12, 8:52 a.m.EST?Insurance broker Heath Lambert Group, based in London, said itschief executive, David Margrett, has left the firm's managementteam as the company undergoes a financial restructuring.

In a statement, the broker said its chairman, Ian Martin, hasassumed the role of executive chairman for the firm.

Mr. Margrett "has stepped down from active involvement in themanagement of the company," the firm said.

Adrian Colosso was named managing director for the UnitedKingdom. Mr. Colosso, Mike Bruce, U.K. chief operating officer, andSurinder Beerh, managing director for overseas, would assumegreater responsibility for day-to-day management of thebusiness.

Richard Sansom will continue in his role as FinanceDirector.

"These changes, combined with a capital restructuring, mark anew phase in the development of the business and this will allow usto develop the Group as a major independent force in theinternational insurance broking market," Mr. Martin said. "All theingredients are in place and we are fortunate to be supported by ateam of people of the highest quality."
