B&B Acquires Pa. Agency
|NU Online News Service, June 3, 12:30 p.m.EDT?Insurance broker Brown & Brown announced theacquisition of Bartos-Hunsicker Inc., of Bethlehem, Pa. Terms werenot disclosed.
|The Daytona Beach, Fla.-based firm said Bartos-Hunsicker is acommercial property-casualty insurance agency with annualizedrevenues of approximately $800,000. The agency serves businessesand homeowners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
|Wayne Dubbs, president of Bartos-Hunsicker, Randy Hartranft andthe agency's staff will combine their operations with existingBrown & Brown operations in Bethlehem.
