The alleged victim of Gary Senior’s conduct told of being “cast aside” by Baker McKenzie once her complaint became known, in the second day of the 15-day hearing into the firm’s former London head.

The alleged victim, known only as Person A in the proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in London, also said she signed a nondisclosure agreement once she decided to leave the firm, as she gave evidence and was cross-examined.
