The chief prosecutor of the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal said Friday he would have liked to put Gen. Ratko Mladic in court together with his former political leader, Radovan Karadzic, and is still considering his options for such a blockbuster trial.

Serge Brammertz also pledged that the former Bosnian Serb military chief, who reportedly suffered two strokes during 16 years on the run from international justice, would get all necessary medical care at the tribunal’s detention unit.
