Pinsent Masons has acquired diversity consultancy Brook Graham for an undisclosed fee.
The consultancy, now a wholly owned subsidiary of the law firm, will remain a “separate business and brand”, Pinsents employment head Linda Jones (pictured above) told Legal Week.
