Clyde & Co, Hogan Lovells and Eversheds are among the latest firms to have confirmed their autumn trainee retention rates, with Clydes reporting a substantial increase to 94%.

Thirty-four of 36 newly-qualified (NQ) trainees accepted roles at the firm, resulting in the high retention rate. Last September, Clydes kept on 77% of its NQ lawyers, with 20 of a 26-strong intake taking jobs at the firm.
