Norton Rose secures second man for debt relaunch

Norton Rose has recruited a senior lawyer from Allen & Overy (A&O) as a partner as the firm continues its drive to rebuild its securities practice in the wake of a four-partner resignation earlier this year.

A&O senior associate Tak Matsuda is to join Norton Rose’s international securities practice as a partner in the autumn, becoming the second senior appointment for the team this month after the recruitment of former Lovells partner Laurence Garside.
