Camerons, Pinsents act on £51m bin men buy-out

Teams from Pinsents and CMS Cameron McKenna advised on the £51m secondary buy-out of Dennis Eagle, the Warwick-based maker of refuse collection trucks.

Pinsents corporate partner Paul Harkin led the team to advise the management in a transaction that saw private equity house Bridgepoint withdraw from Dennis to be replaced by ABN Amro Capital.
