Top 20 US firm Latham & Watkins is to look into controversial claims that a partner hired for its New York office could have committed sexual harassment.
In a bizarre move, the lawyer’s former firm, Pillsbury Winthrop, released a statement following the departure of Frode Jensen, claiming that his move to Lathams came “on the heels of sexual harassment allegations” and that there had been a “significant decline in his productivity”.
