Southwest firm Morgan Cole has lost three more partners since the autumn, bringing the total partner departures from its Thames Valley operation since April to nine.
Litigation partner Ian Johnson departed last month to Horsham-based firm Paul Davidson Taylor.
His move follows rapidly on the heels of highly rated property partner Martin Billings, who left in October for niche firm Brookestreet Des Roches. This month also sees the departure of Caren Kirk, a criminal partner based in Reading who has decided to leave the law.
