British Telecom’s head of legal, Alan Whitfield, has been appointed to the new post of group general counsel at the telecoms giant.
Company secretary and chief legal adviser Colin Green, to whom Whitfield previously reported, has become commercial director in recognition of the growing executive role he has played at the company.
