Reed Smith is aiming to become the law firm of choice for disabled lawyers. In order to achieve this the firm has created a disability task force in its London office with the aim of widening its recruitment to a more diverse population and partnering with charities that help those with disabilities gain skills and meaningful employment. As part of this Reed Smith has also adapted its policies to be more disability friendly and launched a programme of education and collaboration across the firm.
