CC and Linklaters close A&O Spitalfields deal

Spit Clifford Chance (CC) has advised property developer Hammerson and the Corporation of London in the largest ever City pre-letting deal – to furnish Allen & Overy (A&O) with new headquarters.

The clients, known for the purpose of the project as The Spitalfields Development Group, were brought over to CC by property partner Jonathan Solomon, who joined from Norton Rose in 2000.
