Jones Day Reavis & Pogue has become the latest firm to profit from Herbert Smith Benelux ally Stibbe’s raft of partner defections, with the US firm taking a partner to head its Brussels IP group.

Mireille Buydens becomes the 11th partner to leave Stibbe’s Brussels practice this year following raids by DLA Caestecker, Wilmer Cutler & Pickering and a five-partner team opting to create their own firm.
