Birmingham-based firm Lee Crowder’s head of financial planning services Philip Walker has been awarded the Institute of Investment Management & Research investment managers certificate. The award, which is recognised by the Financial Services Authority, allows Walker to act as a primary fund manager.
“We are delighted that Philip has gained his latest qualification,” said Drumond Kerr, head of the private client department. “He is now recognised as one of the leaders in his field.” Walker also holds an advanced financial planning certificate, a certified diploma in accountancy and management finance and a Masters in business studies.
