Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Lovells have taken the lead roles in the high profile £259m sale of media empire Hollinger International to the Barclay brothers.
Skaddens acted as US counsel to the Barclay brothers on the deal, which was led out of New York. US corporate partner Morris Kramer led the Skaddens team, assisted by corporate partner Michael Hatchard in the UK.
