The $3.9 billion Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union inPoughkeepsie, N.Y., elected Noreen Hennessy, William L. Spearmanand Henry J. Rodgers Jr. to three-year terms on its board. Officersfor 2014-2015 are Chairman Noreen Hennessy; First Vice ChairmanTakao Inouye; Second Vice Chairman Joseph E. Eppich; TreasurerDavid Bagley; Assistant Treasurer Nancy Kappler-Foster andSecretary William L. Spearman.

The $102 million Autotruck Financial Credit Union in Louisville,Ky., said its president, Huston Reinle, retired on April 30 after43 years there. He was succeeded by Jim Thompson, formerpresident/CEO of Kentucky Corporate Federal Credit Union. Reinlebegan working for AFCU in December 1970 as a teller. He becamepresident in 1983. Thompson joined AFCU in February. He began as anauditor for the Kentucky league 27 years ago.

The $407 million ABNB Federal Credit Union in Chesapeake, Va.,named Jason Tilley as vice president of information technology.Tilley has more than 20 years of IT and credit union leadershipexperience, most recently as chief information officer at PicatinnyFederal Credit Union in Dover, N.J.

The $2 billion Atlanta Postal Credit Union hired Corlis Huley ascollection manager. Huley has more than 34 years of financialindustry experience, most recently as collection manager at EmoryAlliance Credit Union, also in Atlanta.

The $310 million Belvoir Federal Credit Union in Woodbridge,Va., said fraud analyst Mike McDaniel has met the Association ofCertified Fraud Examiners' requirements for the Certified FraudExaminer, or CFE, credential.

The $414 million Educational Community Credit Union inKalamazoo, Mich., hired Kenneth Leonard as vice president ofcommercial loan services. Leonard has 10 years' experienceincluding as vice president of business development for Celtic Bankand vice president and market manager for United Bank and Trust inAnn Arbor, Mich.

The $1.6 billion United Federal Credit Union in St. Joseph,Mich., appointed Mike Kambol as its vice president of riskmanagement. He had been the credit union's director of risk andcompliance and prior to that was CFO at Notre Dame Federal CreditUnion in Indiana. UFCU also said its president/CEO, GaryEasterling, has been selected as a new board member for CornerstoneAlliance in southwest Michigan. Cornerstone Alliance deliverseconomic development solutions through partnerships that growemployment opportunities and increase the region's tax base.

The $1.6 billion EECU Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas, hiredTim Burch as chief information officer. Burch had been vicepresident of technology services at NASA Federal Credit Union inUpper Marlboro, Md., and has 26 years of experience in credit uniontechnology.

The $523 million Water and Power Community Credit Union in LosAngeles hired Wesley Walton as vice president of finance andinformation technology. A graduate of the Western CUNA ManagementSchool, Walton is a CPA and had been vice president of finance forCBC Federal Credit Union and controller for Foothill Federal CreditUnion in Arcadia, Calif.

The $1.2 billion Oregon Community Credit Union in Eugene hiredDeborah Mersino as chief marketing officer and promoted EthanNelson to vice president of lending. Mersino has more than 17 yearsof marketing communications experience, most recently at anorganization dedicated to serving education leaders and influencingpublic policy regarding the effective use of technology to improveeducation. Nelson has 15 years of credit union experience.

The $258 million East Idaho Credit Union in Idaho Falls hiredChris Cardwell as its CFO effective May 12. Cardwell has more than17 years of CFO experience and most recently was at the RivermarkCommunity Credit Union in Beaverton, Ore., for the past 13years.
