Roy Bibb has been named president/CEO of the $176 million, 30,100-member MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union in Macon, Ga.

Bibb had been vice president of branch services at the $1.8 billion Robins FCU in Macon, Ga., and before that was president/CEO of Central Georgia Regional CU, his new employer said.

The 20-year financial services veteran succeeds Claude Garrett, who had served as the credit union's president since 1976.
