The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association is partnering withthe Pennsylvania Cable Network and the Pennsylvania Credit UnionFoundation to produce a television series of quarterly town hallmeetings about financial literacy.

The town hall meetings will cover the fundamentals of financialmanagement including banking, credit, investments and budgets aswell as how to establish credit.

The panel, which will lead the discussion, includes MichaelKaczenski, chairman of PCUA and CEO of $464 millionSun East Federal Credit Union in Aston, Pa; Michael Wishnow,senior vice president of Communications and Marketing at PCUA; MattBergman, teacher at Milton Hershey School; Michael Hussey,associate professor at the Widener University School of Law andKeith Welks, deputy state treasurer for Fiscal Operations at thePennsylvania Treasury Department.

The first in the series, “Financial Management 101,” will occurOct. 29. PCN will tape the educational session and air it statewideat 9 p.m. This is the first of four quarterly town meetingson financial literacy.

Free and open to the public, the town hall will start at 1p.m. at the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg.
