Two additional members have been appointed to the $5 billionCorporate One Federal Credit Union board of directors, providingrepresentation for members of Southeast Corporate Federal CreditUnion, which merged into Ohio-based Corporate One effective July 1.

Tim McMurry, president/CEO of the $73 million PowerNet CreditUnion in Tampa, Fla., and Robert Fertitta, chief financial officer of the $260 millionNavigator Credit Union in Pascagoula, Miss., were appointed tothree-year terms on the now 11-person board.

“As one of the most successful corporates in the nation, it's aprivilege to serve on Corporate One's board of directors,” McMurrysaid. “I look forward to getting down to business, working toensure the recent merger is a long-term success for Corporate One,its members and our industry.”

McMurry had served on the Tallahassee, Fla.-based SoutheastCorporate board since 1986, including a turn as chairman. He alsoserved on the board of directors of the Florida Credit UnionLeague, now the League of Southeastern Credit Unions.

Fertitta was on Southeast Corporate's board for nearly threeyears, and served on the supervisory committee as chairman. AtNavigator he has managed diverse responsibilities including riskmanagement, electronic payments, information systems, and cardservices in addition to his accounting and financeresponsibilities.
