Vice President of Retail Paul Muse has been promoted topresident/CEO of the 56,000-member credit union.

Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Muse will succeed Casey Duplantier, who has announced his retirement after some25 years of service. Muse has more than 10 years of leadershipexperience working with financial institutions in the HamptonRoads, Va. area.
