On a sunny spring Sunday, 15,000 runners were on the National Mall to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network in the 38th Annual Cherry Blossom 10-Mile Run.

Stephen Turn from Kenya won the men's division by running the race in 45 minutes and 43 seconds. The second-place finisher was Lelisa Desisa from Ethiopia with a time of 45 minutes and 44 seconds.

Lineth Chepkurui of Kenya won the women's division for the third year in a row. She ran the race in 51 minutes and 51 seconds. Juliah Tinega, also from Kenya, finished second with a time of 52 minutes and 39 seconds.
