OnPoint Community Credit Union, Portland, Ore., named James Huntits new chief financial officer. Hunt will be responsible for theaccounting and finance business lines of the credit union. Huntbrings to the position more than 20 years of experience in bankingand finance. Prior to joining OnPoint, Hunt worked as a senior vicepresident for Washington Mutual within its finance division.

Community First Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., announced thatCarmen Dykes has been named manager of its newest branch, which islocated in the Student Union Building at the University of NorthFlorida. Dykes previously worked as assistant branch manager at thecredit union's Fernandina Beach branch. Prior to joining the creditunion, she worked as a licensed mortgage broker.

DuPont Community Credit Union, Waynesboro, Va., recentlyannounced the promotion of four employees to management positions.Michelle Sligh has been promoted to retail services specialist. Shebrings with her 23 years of banking experience, 19 years of whichwere spent with DuPont. Her most recent position was creditmanager. Jason Clarke was promoted to compliance officer. Clarkebrings 10 years of banking experience with him to the position,five of which were with DuPont. Peter Santana has been promoted tothe position of credit manager. Santana has two years of bankingexperience with DuPont where he served as a financial analyst.David Whitcomb has been promoted to systems implementationspecialist. Whitcomb worked in various fields before joining thecredit union. Jo Ann Brinkley was promoted to retail branch managerin the Harrisonburg office.
