DALLAS — TNB card services, the card processing CUSO attached tocredit union owned Town North Bank, has purchased another CU cardportfolio worth roughly $1 million.
|The purchase brings the number of CU card portfolios TNB haspurchased to 160. According to an announcement from the firm, thepurchase from the $53 million Wiston-Salem City Employees CreditUnion brings it 1000 accounts with an average balance of $1,300 peraccount.
|Data from NCUA indicate that roughly half of all credit unioncredit card portfolios are worth $1 million or less.
