FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – Ann Graham, senior vice president/chief regulatory counsel and corporate secretary for the Texas Bankers Association since 1999, has accepted the position of general counsel and senior vice president of advocacy for the Texas Credit Union League. Graham's first date in her new position is August 29. In addition to working for the TBA, she also served for seven yearsas a litigation attorney for the FDIC and for five years as the general counsel for the Texas Department of Banking. She's also worked for several years in private practice. Graham is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has an MBA from the University of Texas and a law degree from the University of Virginia. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School, St. Edwards University. She currently teaches international economics for the MBA program at the Chihuahua, Mexico campus of Sul Ross University.
