Firestone Office Federal Credit Union, Akron, Ohio, Loan Officer Norma Ploplis has retired after over 28 years of service. Ploplis plans to travel more, spend time working around the house and still help out the credit union two days a week in the mortgage department. In addition, Donna Behrend has been promoted to vice president of lending/collections.</p>
