West Texas Credit Union, El Paso, President/CEO Rufino Carbajal, Jr. has been appointed to the Texas Credit Union Commission. Oklahoma Federal Credit Union, President/CEO Shirley R. McConnell has announced she will retire on October 31, 2001. McConnell will continue to serve the credit union in more of a consultation capacity for the next two years. Under her leadership the credit union has grown from $3 million to over $27 million in assets today.
