The $202 million, 21,300-member CorePlus Federal Credit Unionhas recognized its latest summer crop of interns, placing theirnames on a recognition plaque at the credit union's Salem Turnpikeoffice in Norwich, Conn., and thanking them for their work.
|More than 40 students from Norwich Free Academy haveparticipated in the diversity program since 2006, learningday-to-day operations including teller, support services and memberrepresentative duties.
|They also complete online course work at CU Digital Universityand many of them have gone on to paid part-time or full-time jobsat the credit union.
