A pair of longtime credit union core processing providers hasentered into a joint marketing agreement.
|The pact calls for R.C. Olmstead Inc. of Dublin, Ohio, torepresent the CAMS-ii core processing platform from CommercialBusiness Systems Inc. of Goldsboro, N.C. CBS has about 65 creditunion clients while R.C. Olmstead has about 80 and both companiesare about 30 years old.
|CBS will continue to focus on the eastern U.S. and RCO willfocus on the Midwest, the companies said.
|The first line of support and implementation will be handled byboth organizations, the companies said. Advanced levels of supportand continuing enhancement and development of CAMS-ii will beprovided by CBS with RCO taking a product advisory position, theysaid.
|“This will be very positive for both of our client bases and forfuture credit unions who choose to utilize our services,” said TonyPhillips, president of CBS.
